Our Charities.

At Sweet Adventures, we believe in giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the world. That's why we donate a portion of the proceeds from every purchase to the charity Mind and raise funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities through sponsored hikes and events.

Mind

We chose to support Mind for a number of reasons. First and foremost, mental health is a cause that is close to our hearts. Our mountain leaders are passionate about the power of nature to improve mental well-being, and we believe that supporting an organisation that works to improve mental health is a natural fit for our company.

Additionally, we believe that Mind is doing important work in the field of mental health. They provide information and support to those affected by mental health issues, as well as work to raise awareness and remove the stigma surrounding mental health. They also campaign to improve services and support for those living with mental health problems.

By supporting Mind, we hope to make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by mental health issues, as well as raise awareness about the importance of mental health. We believe that our adventures can have a positive impact on mental well-being and we want to support an organisation that shares this belief hence we make a donation for every person that joins one of our adventures.

Ronald McDonald House Charities (UK)

Having a child in hospital is unimaginable for families. At Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) UK, they ease some of the burden by providing free ‘home away from home’ accommodation. The best medical care for your child isn’t always close to home, and families often find themselves travelling long distances to be with their child in hospital.

RMHC has 14 Houses across the UK which give families a warm and comfortable place to rest, eat and relax, just moments away from their child’s hospital ward. Their support is invaluable to families at a critical time in their lives and since 1989, they have supported over 95,000 families from all walks of life, living in the UK or coming from abroad for specialist care. For those families, staying close to their child in hospital receiving care is the number one priority.
